8+ GB RAM (16+ recommended)
1 GB HD space free ** (NAS drives are not supported)
Gigabit wired network***
Supported operating systems: Windows 10 & 11 Professional version; Standard or Enterprise (not Essentials) versions of Server 2019, Server 2022 in testing, (Support on Server 2012 ends 10/10/23 and Server 2016 ends 1/11/2023)
Internet connection for updates and support
TCP Port 1163 opened (to check subscription status for update password)

*Initial HD space for program and database storage, this does not include document and backup file storage (which is likely to use up significantly more space if the agency utilizes document management options).

**Databases are prone to corruption over wireless networks.

*** Hyper-V is not supported due to the inability to disable write behind caching.
