At Agency Software, Inc., we believe that our software and technical support are among the best in the industry.  We therefore offer the following return and cancellation policy:

Any customer who purchases either the EasyApps 32-bit, EasyApps Professional, Par3 or Download Manager program may, for any reason, return that program within 30 days of receipt of the software for a full refund less $10 for shipping and handling.  To receive a refund a customer must:

• Notify Agency Software, Inc. in writing within 30 days of receipt of the software of customers intention to return
• Return all software, binders, and manuals associated with the software in reasonable condition
• Allow an employee or agent of Agency Software, Inc. to verify the deletion of the software from the customer's computers and network

Any customer who purchases the AgencyPro Policy Management System will be given a 30 day full working copy of the system.  There are no differences between the timed and live version of the software except that the timed version will expire in 30 days.  If the customer chooses to return the system, the program will simply stop working after 30 days and a refund will be issued.  If a customer chooses to activate the 'live' version of AgencyPro, the customer will sign an agreement that states 'No Refunds will be given after the activation of the live version of AgencyPro.'  We do this to protect ourselves from software piracy and to keep our customer costs low.
