Upon receipt of payment for software ordered from this  web site, Agency Software, Inc. will ship the software to the customer to the address specified on the order form.  We ship via USPO Express Mail (typically 2-3 business days but not guaranteed) unless other arrangements have been made.  You may, at your discretion, pay an extra fee for shipping via Federal Express.  This fee will be commensurate with the actual costs incurred by Agency Software, Inc.

Because of the supplied training materials that ship with the software, Agency Software, Inc. does not offer a "downloadable" version of any of it's software.  All products must be physically shipped.
