We've had a lot of customers upgrade to Windows 7/Vista over the last few months.  What they have found is that Windows 7/Vista "Home" Edition is not recommended for use as a Network Server with our products. They are however, being used on networks as workstations. They may also be used for standalone installs of our products.

For best performance,  you will probably  want to  turn off ‘User Account Control’ on each workstation and server that will access the Agency Software Products.  You can find this option going into ‘Settings’, ‘Control Panel’ and then clicking the ‘User Accounts’ icon.   From here you can 'Turn User Account Control On or Off'. Make sure to re-boot your computer afterwards for the setting to take effect. If your network configuration requires UAC to be turned on, click here.

Also, since Windows 7/Vista have abandoned support for 32 Bit Windows Help files, you may also have to download and install the Windows Help program by following this link: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=82148
