Marla and her family moved to North Idaho from Southern
Idaho in 1988 and they all loved the area immediately.
She has been married for 26 years (yes, to the same
man), and they have two daughters and an 11-month-old
granddaughter who is the light of their lives. Their
oldest daughter just graduated from college with a
degree in Health Promotion, and their youngest daughter
is the manager at a Coeur d'Alene hotel.
Marla has worked in the insurance software industry
for more than 12 years, supporting different management
systems. Her forte is accounting, having started out more
than 20 years ago as a bookkeeper for different types of
businesses. As the bookkeeping trade gradually evolved
from pencil-and-paper to accounting on the computer, so
did Marla. Keeping up with the
changing times, she soon found herself supporting
accounting software for insurance agencies.
She has been with Agency Software for five years and has
been a part of the AgencyPro team since its inception. "I
helped design the accounting for AgencyPro and I think it
is the easiest accounting software to learn and support
that I have ever been involved with." |
