Now you can use EasyApps Pro to remind you of appointments and follow-ups - at no additional charge!  Our tickler module allows you to make appointments by customer name or policy number.  When your appointment comes up an alarm pops up right on your computer screen.  Each agent in the office has their own independent sets of alarms, or you can set alarms for All Users that will activate on all machines that are logged in to EasyApps Pro.
