The policy detail screen can either be filled out manually or it can be partially filled out from the company download module. This information is used to generate accounting and run reports such as Renewal or Expiration lists. You can enter the policy coverages in the Limit button or they would be filled in automatically If you have the Company Download module. The limits database allows you to pre-fill coverage information onto Acord forms and also gives you a record of each policy's coverage's with limits & deductibles. |
